At FriendsMic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
✅ Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns on the same day of delivery only. Once the delivery day has passed, we are unable to process any return requests.
When your order arrives, you must inspect the product immediately, standing in front of the delivery person. If you notice any issue with your order at that moment, please raise it before the delivery person leaves.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged
- The item received is defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or wrong variant)
- The return is caused by an error on our part
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or any reason other than those listed above.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item when contacting us. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the next steps within the shortest possible time.
🚚 Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or any error on our part — FriendsMic will bear the full return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason — the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and unaltered (except in cases of defect)
- FriendsMic reserves the right to reject a return if the item does not meet the return conditions upon inspection
- Skincare and cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon delivery

✅ রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
আমরা শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারির দিনেই রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি। ডেলিভারির দিন পার হয়ে গেলে কোনো রিটার্ন অনুরোধ গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
আপনার পণ্য পৌঁছানোর সাথে সাথে ডেলিভারিম্যানের সামনে দাঁড়িয়েই পণ্যটি ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন। ডেলিভারিম্যান চলে যাওয়ার আগেই যেকোনো সমস্যা জানান।
নিচের কারণগুলোতে শুধুমাত্র রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে:
- পণ্যটি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত (Damaged) অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেছে
- পণ্যটি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ (Defective)
- ভুল পণ্য বা ভুল ভেরিয়েন্ট পাঠানো হয়েছে
- আমাদের ভুলের কারণে রিটার্নের প্রয়োজন হয়েছে
মন পরিবর্তন, ভুল অর্ডার বা উপরোক্ত কারণ ছাড়া অন্য কোনো কারণে আমরা রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করি না।

🚚 রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ
- পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে অথবা আমাদের কোনো ভুলের কারণে রিটার্ন হলে — সম্পূর্ণ শিপিং খরচ ফ্রেন্ডসমিক বহন করবে।
- অন্য যেকোনো কারণে রিটার্ন হলে — শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
⚠️ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য
- পণ্যটি অবশ্যই অরিজিনাল প্যাকেজিংসহ, অব্যবহৃত ও অপরিবর্তিত অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে (ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যতিক্রম)
- যাচাইয়ের পর পণ্য রিটার্নের শর্ত পূরণ না হলে ফ্রেন্ডসমিক রিটার্ন বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে
- একবার খোলা বা ব্যবহার করা স্কিনকেয়ার বা কসমেটিক পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়, তবে ডেলিভারির সময় ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত থাকলে ব্যতিক্রম প্রযোজ্য
