We offer FREE shipping on all orders across Bangladesh — no minimum order value required. No hidden charges, no surprises.
⏰ Order Cut-Off Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM BST (Bangladesh Standard Time) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM BST will be processed starting the next business day.
📦 Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1 to 2 business days for your order to be packed, quality-checked, and handed over to our delivery partner.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
🛵 Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka:
Customers within Dhaka city will receive their orders within 48 to 72 hours from the time of dispatch.
Outside Dhaka:
Customers outside Dhaka will receive their orders within 3 to 5 business days from the time of dispatch.

🚚 ফ্রি শিপিং
বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো জায়গায় সম্পূর্ণ বিনামূল্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয় — কোনো সর্বনিম্ন অর্ডারের শর্ত নেই। কোনো লুকানো চার্জ নেই।
⏰ অর্ডার কাট-অফ সময়
প্রতিদিন বিকাল ২:০০ টার (BST) আগে করা সব অর্ডার একই দিনে প্রসেস করা হবে। বিকাল ২:০০ টার পরে করা অর্ডার পরের কার্যদিবস থেকে প্রসেস শুরু হবে।
📦 অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত ও পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর আপনার পণ্য প্যাক করতে এবং ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করতে ১ থেকে ২ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে।
প্রসেসিং সময়ের মধ্যে সাপ্তাহিক ছুটি ও সরকারি ছুটির দিন গণনা করা হয় না।
🛵 ডেলিভারি সময়
ঢাকার ভেতরে:
ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে যারা আছেন তারা পণ্য পাঠানোর পর ৪৮ থেকে ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ডেলিভারি পাবেন।
ঢাকার বাইরে:
ঢাকার বাইরের গ্রাহকরা পণ্য পাঠানোর পর ৩ থেকে ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি পাবেন।

- আপনার অর্ডার পাঠানোর পর কুরিয়ার পার্টনারের পক্ষ থেকে SMS বা ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে ট্র্যাকিং আপডেট দেওয়া হবে
- গ্রাহক কর্তৃক ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা প্রদানের কারণে কোনো বিলম্ব হলে ফ্রেন্ডসমিক দায়ী থাকবে না — অর্ডার দেওয়ার আগে আপনার ঠিকানা সঠিকভাবে দেওয়া হয়েছে কিনা যাচাই করুন
